UP: SUSPICION

  This is definitely my favorite track on the album. I remember hearing it for the first time and appreciating the tone of the song, plus the chorus of 'imagination: come alive' is so perfectly spot on. I love it when a few words can succinctly tell a story. I rarely see the song talked about and I think it's mostly because its one of the few straightforward songs Michael has ever penned. No real, deep explanations are necessary.

  Love the guitar on this! Some very basic chord strums, but unique forms that put this one high in the playability scale--the bridge to the chorus is so much fun. It's here that I want to point out the slow, subtle leads Peter has been churning out for the last couple of records. They are just enough to fill a hole, but nothing fancy.
